PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus constituted so that a lens barrier is not carelessly opened from a closed position even when force is applied from the outside of a cabinet at the time other than a photographing time. SOLUTION: In the digital camera, a lens 3 and the lens barrier 1 which moves between the closed position where the lens 3 is covered and an open position where the lens 3 is exposed are arranged in the cabinet 2, and the lens barrier 1 is arranged so as to tilt to the front surface of the lens 3. An auxiliary stopper 4 is arranged in accordance with the closed position of the lens barrier 1 in the cabinet 2. The stopper 4 allows the lens barrier 1 to pass through in a state the lens barrier 1 is nearly parallel to the front surface of the lens 3, and also, the stopper 4 is formed to the height so as to come in contact with the open position side end part of the lens barrier 1 in a state the lens barrier 1 at the closed position tilts so as to come close to the front surface of the lens 3.
