PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly prevent generation of an unusual noise in cold conditions. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises a base oil, a thickener and an additive, wherein the base oil contains at least one sort of an oil selected from an ether oil, an ester oil and a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and has a dynamic viscosity of 15-200 mm<SP>2</SP>/s at 40°C, the additive contains a poly(meth)acrylate, and the compounding ratio of the poly(meth)acrylate to the total amount of the base oil and the thickener is 3-10 wt%, the thickener is a urea-based compound, and the additive is obtained by adding a zinc dithiophosphate to the poly(meth)acrylate. The grease-charged antifriction bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring and a rolling element, that is laying between the inner ring and the outer ring and whose surrounding space is filled with the grease composition, is used for an automobile electrical auxiliary machine.
