PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam molding with high hardness, excellent in resistance to wet heat compression and in vibration absorption characteristic, and an interior trim material for automobiles using the flexible polyurethane foam molding. SOLUTION: This flexible polyurethane foam molding is obtained by foaming and curing a foamable polyurethane stock solution containing (A) a polyisocyanate for feeding an isocyanate group, (B) a polyol for feeding a hydroxy group, (C) a silicate, (D) an amine-based catalyst and (E) a silicone-based foam regulator, where the component (E) is a silicone-based foam regulator expressed by general formula (1) (wherein, m, n, a and b denote each an integer of 0 or above; R represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-30C alkyl group).
