PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attach and fix a flexible board to a base member without using any attaching members such as an attaching screw or a reinforcing plate, to reduce the manufacturing, assembling time and labor by reducing the number of components, to save energy and to reduce costs. SOLUTION: Two substrate pressing hooks 141 are formed in the left and right upper parts 14L and 14R of a shown substrate attaching part 14, and substrate removal preventing projected parts 142 are formed slightly below the center apart from each other by a distance L.
