PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotation of a buried structure at the time of burial and provide the buried structure which can reduce costs considerably. SOLUTION: Segments 1 of the buried structure 10 of a divided structure buried underground have straight line parts or curve parts in a horizontal cross section of the structure. Then the segments 1 are connected to one another in the peripheral and up-and-down directions. Then the segments 1 are connected to one another in the form of a ring through the medium of spacers 3 having fins 2 projected outward between the end surfaces of the segments 1 in the peripheral direction.
