PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented film having dimensional stability under heat, heat resistance, and resistance to moist heat, and excellent in processability. SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented film contains a polyester (a), a polyarylene sulfide (b), and a polyimide (c), wherein a content of the polyimide is 5-50 wt% based on a total weight of the film.
