PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head having a heating resistor capable of attaining a high quality recording image over a long term by solving the problems of the heating resistor in an ink jet recording head, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The ink jet device employs a heating resistor film composed of a material represented by RuSiON in a heating resistor generating thermal energy being utilized for ejecting ink.
