PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system monitoring the registration of ball storage (tokens) falling under a detecting condition, prohibiting the registration of the ball storage (tokens) using a membership card falling under the detecting condition thereafter and releasing the prohibition by a person in authority. SOLUTION: A management device (TC) 100 registers the number of stored balls and the like into ball storage history data 106 of database (DB) 103 by a command from a ball counter 200. Then, if it is the ball storage processing falling under a fraudulent ball storage detecting condition 112 stored in a TC storage part 11, the management device changes a card use permission/prohibition flag managed by a membership card management table 105 into a use prohibited state. The management device (TC) 100 accesses to the membership card management table 105 by the operation of the person in authority to release the use prohibition of the card use permission/prohibition flag or execute a manual changeover setting of the use prohibition for every membership member.
