SUCTIONING DEVICE FOR A MACHINE TOOL

The tool (10a) is fitted with a suction device for the removal of dust created during its use. A vacuum generating unit (18a) driven by the electric motor (36a) of the tool (10a) is integrated in the housing (26a) sucking the dust from the surface of the work-piece (16a) into a suction head (14a) and guiding the air back into the system through a filter (44a) and the connected duct (42a) in order to be used for ventilation. The suction head (14a) serves also as a dust receptacle (12a) to be emptied when full and preventing the dust from entering other areas of the tool (10). A transparent lateral area (70a) indicates the filling level.
