The device has a part (14) integrated with an optical block (12), and a fixation lug (16) integrated to a structure piece. A post (18) integrated to the part in a connection direction (X) is movable with respect to the optical block. The lug and the post are arranged in a manner that their coupling integrates them in the direction. The lug and the post are adapted to be coupled in several relative positions according to the direction. An independent claim is also included for an assembly of optical block.
