Isolation of pluripotent embryonic stem cells without destroying the embryo, stem cells obtained by this method and their use

Method for generation of pluripotent embryonic stem cell involves opening a channel for fixing blastocysts in zona pellucida and attaching a suitable instrument to this channel for mobilization of the cells by trophectoderm up to the inner cell mass. Some of the stem cells of the inner cell mass are mobilized with this instrument and the mobilized stem cells are extracted. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Stem cell; and (B) Application of the stem cells.
