<p>The machine has floats (3) carrying hinge bearings receiving a shaft (2) of pendular radial-flow impellers (1). The impellers are pivotably mounted on the bearings by another shaft integrated with each bearing. The impellers have heavy ballast with density greater than that of water. The later shaft is arranged at an end of the impellers. A wheel structure is introduced in a cylinder having a preset diameter and supporting the bearings.</p> |
