Adisinfectant composition comprising slightly acidic electrolyzed water, characterized in that the composition comprises a mixture of the following components (A) and (B) in such an amount that the composition has a surface tension of 30 mN/m or lower at 25 °C, said mixture containing the components (A) and (B) in a weight ratio of (A)/(B) of from 1/99 to 50/50, wherein (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyether-modified silicone represented by the following formula (1) and a polyether-modified silicone represented by the following formula (2)
and (B) is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide adduct, propylene oxide adduct or ethylene oxide and propylene oxide mixed-adduct of acetylene glycol, represented by the following formula (4) and hydrogenated products thereof.
