The boiler has a heating unit (1) with a tubular water jacket (2) separated from a heating tube (3) by a cylindrical wall (4). A burner (5) producing peripheral flames (6) is plunged in the tube. An insert (7) is vertically placed inside the tube, and has four cups (9-12) forming baffle system. The cups are placed in contact with the wall, where the cups (9, 10) present central opening.
