<p>The cutter (10) has the blade carrier (14) parallel to the operating member (24), which forms double arm lever with the bar. On the lever joint (G) primary coupling element (P) is placed in deployment direction (X) and the junction is placed on the other side, which builds a control arm in retracting direction, which is in contact by means of control surface (sf) of the cutter housing (11). The operating element (24), in its retracted direction (Z), is pulled back and thereby the bar is swiveled in such a manner to induce an engaging position between primary coupling element from a release position to the secondary coupling position thereby bringing it in operating condition.</p> |
