Magnetic pole matrices useful for tissue engineering and treatment of disease

A method relates to magnetic pole matrices suitable for tissue engineering and targeting systematic therapy for cardiovascular disease using magnetic polymer nanopartides gene/drug (various cytokines/growth factors/synthetic chemicals) delivery. The magnetic pole matrices used in the present invention possesses advantages, such as distributing the magnetic nanoparticles conjugated with gene/drug (various cytokines/growth factors/synthetic chemicals) locally and uniformly on the artificial surface regulated by self-organising behavior benefited from the magnetic pole matrices, which essentially solved the blood vessel blocking problem related to systematic therapy by magnetic nanoparticles gene/drug delivery for cardiovascular disease; promoting the adhesion of the cells (stem cells/epithelial cells/endothelial cells) labeled with magnetic beads on specific location of the artificial surface, which is very important for tissue engineering.
