<p>The machine has a stock chamber (1) formed by a stock chamber bottom part (2) and a shut-off unit (3) for brewing and extracting the substance (8). The bottom part is moved together with a capsule (4) in axial direction in relation to the unit (3), during closing of the chamber. A capsule cover (4a) is lanced by a lancing unit (20), when a capsule base (4b) is deformed by another lancing unit (15) towards the capsule cover. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a hot beverage by brewing extracting substances.</p> |
