<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split type back light device for lighting a work table of a probe station, capable of divisionally controlling a fluorescent lamp lighting a work table, divisionally examining a flat display panel, and adjusting variation of brightness. <P>SOLUTION: This split type back light device comprises a back light plate having an internal storing space at a lower side of the work table, a lamp portion stored in the back light plate, forming a split area by using at least one lamp as one group, having at least two or more split areas, and adjusting the brightness of the lamp by every split area, a stabilizer portion electrically connected with each of lamps included in the lamp portion, an external controller connected with the stabilizer portion, and mounted on an outer part of the probe station to adjust the brightness and on/off of the lamp by every split area, a power source supply portion for supplying the power source to the stabilizer portion, and an SSR switched by the operation of the external controller for switching on/off the lamp portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
