FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, means for exposing biological objects such, as seeds of various farm crops, to electrophysical action. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has capacitor comprising two isolated electrode plates and high-voltage transformer. Capacitor has outside winding. Electrode plates of capacitor are connected through winding to high-voltage transformer.
