FIELD: production of canned goods. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed canned goods are prepared by chopping of fish fillet, shredding and freezing of white cabbage, cutting and roasting in vegetable oil of carrot and onion and cheese grating. Fish, cabbage, carrot, onion, part of cheese, mayonnaise, table salt, and black pepper are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere to produce mince. Mince is formed in rissoles, pre-packed together with rest cheese, sealed and sterilized. ^ EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value in contrast to similar culinary dish. |
