FIELD: medicine, microbiology, in particular production of cell-free whooping-cough vaccine. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes cultivation of whooping-cough bacteria in liquid broth, supernatant separation, stabilization thereof with sucrose, isolation of toxic material therefrom; detoxication of toxic material with formalin and anatoxin sorption on aluminum hydroxide gel. After sorption adsorbed preparation is combined with glucoseminyl muramyl dipeptide in concentration of 0.02-0.2 %. Moreover supernatant stabilization is carried out by subsequent sucrose addition to obtain concentration of 3-4 % followed by mixture conditioning at 4-10°C for 16-20 hours. ^ EFFECT: high active and low toxic Bordetella pertussis anatoxin useful in production of cell-free whooping-cough vaccine. ^ 2 cl, 2 ex |
