FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; Methods of smelting of the steel in the arc steel furnaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of ferrous metallurgy and may be used at production of steel in the electric steel smelting shops. The method of smelting of the steel provides for the charge material smelting-down, the molten bath lancing by dipping of the blowing-down tuyere nozzles, which axes make an angle of up to 10° to the vertical, in depth from 0.2 up to 0,5 of the thickness of the metal layer on the heath of the furnace. At that the nozzles are continuously rotating around the vertical axis during the whole period of the blowing-down. The invention ensures at usage of the method reduction of the oxygen specific consumption and the waste of the metal at smelting. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the oxygen specific consumption and reduction of the waste of the metal at smelting. ^ 1 dwg |
