FIELD: devices for removal of scale from rolled-out bottoms of heating furnaces, applicable in press forging. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device has double-arm pushers with scrapers, which are hinge-joined to a cross-piece, the cross-piece is hinge-suspended from a balance beam. The device is lowered onto the bottom with scale by a hoisting device. Under the weight of the cross-piece and balance beam the pushers are turned on the axles and the scrapers, while moving across the bottom, remove the scale from it. ^ EFFECT: accelerated process of scale removal from the bottom and reduced overall dimensions of the device. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
