FIELD: manufacture of pyro-electric vitro-crystalline materials widely used in modern technology (remote thermal monitoring of production processes, thermal monitoring of environment). ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method of production of pyro-electric vitro-crystalline material includes melting of charge of the following composition, mole-%: La2O3, 23-27; B2O3, 23-27; GeO2, 48-52 in platinum crucible, molding the melt for obtaining glass plates and crystallization of glass plates performed at temperature of 920°C-980°C in temperature field gradient of 50-100°C/mm continued during 2-8 h. Specimens thus made are characterized by the following parameters: gamma=3.5-4.5 nC/cm2K, epsilon=10-11. gamma/epsilon ratio is approximately 0.35 nC/cm2K. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
