METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SELF-LIGHT-EMITTING PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process by the use of a solid sealing material and prevent generation of foam between the sealing material and a sealing base material.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes a first sticking process of sticking a support substrate 104 supporting a spontaneous light emitting element 103 equipped with a light-emitting layer pinched between a pair of electrodes opposed to each other and a sheet-shaped sealing material 106 so as to seal the light-emitting element, a second sticking process of sticking the support substrate 104 stuck with the sealing material 106 to the sealing base material 105 in a decompressed state through the sealing material 106, and an integrating process of integrating the support substrate 104 and the sealing base material 105 stuck together through the sealing material.
