FIELD: producing of canned fish-and-vegetable goods. ^ SUBSTANCE: canned goods are prepared by roasting of wheat flour; onion cutting followed by roasting in vegetable oil. Skinned sheat-fish fillet is cut, floured, and roasted in vegetable oil. Carrot is cut, fresh white cabbage is shredded and frozen. Flour is blended with onion, tomato paste, table salt, black pepper, and fish broth. Mixture is cooked and strained to produce sauce. Sheat-fish, vegetables and sauce are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized. ^ EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value in contrast to similar culinary dish. |
