Unit has micro-protruding member with macro-protrusions for punching corneous layer and for increment in through-skin flowing of matter. Rigid holder has open end and bead and it is made for removable connection with power device. Bead is disposed in internal part of holding and it is made for reception and placement of micro-protruding member. Micro-protruding member with holder and power applicator is applied to corneous layer to make through-skin injection or removal of matter easier by means of holder. Holder holds micro-protruding member in sealed package.
