FIELD: metallurgy, namely rolled stock production, possibly in mills for skin pass rolling of cold rolled annealed and hot rolled etched strips with use of lubricating and cooling liquid. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus for supplying lubricating and cooling liquid onto rolls of skin pass rolling mill and onto rolled strip includes circuit for direct feed of lubricating and cooling liquid having tank for preliminarily prepared lubricating and cooling liquid. Said tank is communicated with tank for lubricating and cooling liquid concentrate and it is connected through valve with inlet of feeding pump whose outlet through pressure regulator of lubricating and cooling liquid is connected with manifolds for supplying said liquid. Casing for collecting waste lubricating and cooling liquid is provided with gate connected with draining well. In circuit for circulating waste lubricating and cooling liquid, inlet of tank for collecting and storing secondary used lubricating and cooling liquid is connected with casing for collecting waste lubricating and cooling liquid. Outlet of said tank is connected with circuit for directly supplying lubricating and cooling liquid. According to invention casing is connected an addition with draining well through overflow pipeline inserted to upper part of said well. Casing is connected with first inlet of tank for collecting reused lubricating and cooling liquid through siphon whose inlet is connected with casing at level consisting of 0.4 - 0.6 of its height and also through two valves and two universal filters connected mutually in parallel. Outlet of said tank is connected through valve to circuit for direct supply of lubricating and cooling liquid to inlet of feeding pump whose outlet is connected to manifolds for supplying lubricating and cooling liquid through successively arranged mesh filter and pressure regulator. Other inlet of said tank is connected through valve to additional small tank for lubricating and cooling liquid concentrate. Small tank through valve is connected with pipeline for supplying said concentrate and it is provided with level gage. Invention provides lowered consumption of lubricating and cooling liquid for 1 t of products. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of skin pass rolling process, improved quality of rolled piece surface, lowered wear of rolling rolls, improved quality of cleaning lubricating and cooling liquid, lowered cost of its recovery. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex, 1 tbl |
