Device has constant electric current source, current controller, switch, electrodes made for mount onto biologically active points or areas of patient's body, and irradiator made in form of element of Peltier battery, which has working surface conjugated with aerial. Aerial is made in form of plate of electroconductive material and it is connected with electrodes. Constant current source is connected with element or Peltier battery through polarity switch and current controller.
