Phenyl boronic acid compounds and their salts, solvates or hydrates are new. Phenyl boronic acid compounds of formula (I) and their salts, solvates or hydrates are new. R : H, T, T1 or T4; T : 1-12C alkyl (optionally interrupted by S, O or N); T1 : 3-12C cycloalkyl; T2 : aryl; T3 : arylalkyl; T4 : heterocyclic ring; R1T, T1, T4, T2, T3, heteroaryl or 9-fluorenylmethyl; and Ra, Rb : H, 2-4C alkylene (optionally substituted by 1-4C alkyl).
