The device has weighing bridges (2) with a base (020) and pendular plates (20) whose normal equilibrium position is the horizontal. Electronic spring balances (25) placed between the base and plates ensure weighing. The plates rest on the upper part of the balances through a ball and a cavity which forms a `kneecap` permitting the plates to articulate on the upper part of the balances. The base is integrated with a transmitter case (5). The transmitter case (5) is supplied by batteries and receives information from the spring balances to emit a signal representing the measured load, when a computer-managed system is activated.
