The container has a flexible area (5) permitting a filler neck (3) to be moved down when deformation of a vehicle hood resulting from impact exerts a force on the filler neck or a cap (4) that closes the filler neck. The area is situated on upper part of the container around the filler neck. The neck has an upper end on which the cap is screwed and a lower end integrated with an upper part of a wall (2) of the container.
