Le present invention provides a method of sending command and the data to a movable storage device, inwhich the application set the command and/or data with a identifier, a data packet is composed of the application and the command and/or data; the application send the data packet to the movable storage device via operating system according to standard write command format provided by operating system, along with the write command; the movable storage device receive the write command and data packet sent by operating system, and interpret and take the command and/or data in the data packet based on the identifier; the movable storage device perform corresponding operate based on the command and data, and send the result to the application via the operating system. The present invention resoolve the disadvantage of the prior art that sending command and/or data according to standard operate format by sending command and/or data to the movable storage device via application, making the application boarder; at the same time, the method according to the present invention need not to setup the driver of the application, plug and play, it is ease for the user.
