Process of photo stabilization of a dibenzoylmethane derivative (II) with respect to UV radiation, comprises associating (II) with hydroxy alkyl urea compounds (I) or their salts, solvates and isomers. Process of photo stabilization of a dibenzoylmethane derivative (II) with respect to UV radiation, comprises associating (II) with hydroxy alkyl urea compounds (I) of formula ((R1)(R2)N-CO-N(R3)(R4)) or their salts, solvates and isomers. R1-R4H, 1-4C alkyl or 2-6C hydroxy alkyl (containing 1-5 OH). Provided that at least one of R1-R4 is hydroxyalkyl. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a composition (A) comprising , in a medium a filter system, comprising a UV filter of (II) and (I); and (2) a cosmetic unit comprising: a recipient delimiting a compartment, where the recipient being closed by a closing element; and (A) placed inside the compartment.
