PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielding apparatus capable of reducing noise leaking from the neighborhood of an adjuster and a lamp door as a measure against EMI (electromagnetic interference) in electronic equipment such as a projector, and of further reducing the number of parts for cost reduction, and being easy to perform assembling/disassembling and hence easily separate plastic parts and metal parts for improvement of recycling property in recycling of a casing. SOLUTION: A shielding plate 5 for a measure against EMI is fixed to the bottom plate 2a of a lower casing 2 using a shielding plate fixing screw 5c. Further, an adjusting nut 5d is provided integrally with the shielding plate 5 by subjecting a caulking nut and the shielding plate 5 to barring processing. A screw shaft of the adjuster 4 is screwed into the adjusting nut 5d integral with the shielding plate 5 through a through-hole 2d from a lower surface side of the lower casing 2, and fixed to a proper position.
