PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise adjustment in the tangential direction in an optical disk without causing disadvantages even when the optical disk of a cartridge type is used. SOLUTION: The disk tray device includes a main chassis 6 displaced according to the operation of the tray and a sub chassis 8 swingably and axially supported on the main chassis 6. The main chassis 6 is provided with a turntable 2. The sub chassis 8 is provided with an optical pickup 4. Two tilt fulcrum shafts 9 are provided so that the optical pickup 4 is tilted with respect to the radial direction of the optical disk. The main chassis 6 is provided with two tilt fulcrum holders 15 for supporting the tilt fulcrum shafts 9 and two tilt adjustment screws 20 for changing the heights of the tilt fulcrum holders 15. By adjusting the tilt adjustment screws 20, the sub chassis 8 itself is inclined with respect to the tangential direction of the optical disk, and the tangential tilt of the optical pickup 4 can be corrected.
