PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm capable of determining a fire or the like while increasing determination speed and determination accuracy. SOLUTION: The alarm comprises at least one fire environment state detection means for detecting a fire environment state changed by the fire, a determination means for determining that output related values (a) and (b) related to the output of at least one fire environment state detection means are not less than predetermined thresholds A and B continuously for a predetermined delay time L, and an alarm means for issuing an alarm according to the determination result of the determination means.
