PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan motor providing desirable air volume characteristic by increasing an intake air amount to a fan blade. SOLUTION: Curvature of an front surface 33A on the side of the intake part 21 of the fan blade 5 and that of a front surface 33B on the side of a peripheral part 22 are not the same, but different from each other. Therefore, by these front surfaces 33A, 33B, not only simply is air F pushed out in the peripheral direction of the fan blade 5, but also intake air toward the fan blade 5 is promoted.
