PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling water passage structure of an engine with a supercharger capable of reducing size and weight. SOLUTION: In the cooling water passage structure of the engine 1 with the supercharger for cooling a bearing part 24 of a turbocharger 20 by circulating cooling water to the turbocharger 20 mounted on the engine, a supply side outlet passage 15a and a return side inlet passage 14a keeping communication of water jackets 15, 14 for cooling a cylinder head to an outer part are formed on the cylinder head 10 of the engine 1, a supply passage reaching a water jacket 25 for cooling the bearing part provided in the turbocharger 20 from the supply side outlet passage 15a via a supply side pipe 27, and a return passage reaching the return side inlet passage 14a of the cylinder head 10 from the water jacket 25 for cooling the bearing part via a return side pipe 28 are provided.
