PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degradation-preventive method for concrete capable of surely, efficiently impregnating concrete with a degradation-preventive agent, and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: In the portion to be treated on the surface of a concrete structure, a desired space is isolated and a cover member is attached in such a state that its periphery is made to tightly adhere. The degradation-preventive liquid agent is introduced in the space by sucking air therein to generate negative pressure or vacuum. When a predetermined amount of the agent is introduced, its operation is stopped, and by further sucking air in concrete, deaeration is performed to impregnate concrete with the agent with which the inside of the space is replaced.
