PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro parts feeder capable of stably and inexpensively attaining micro parts laminated into a single layer. SOLUTION: In this micro parts feeder 100, the posture of the flat plate-shaped micro part 800 is inclined by an inclination surface 323c to be transferred through a micro part inclination transfer passage 312 to expedite the flat plate-shaped micro part 800 to be a single layer by a posture converting portion 323. The posture converting portion 323 has a long groove having a width h which is larger than the height H of the flat plate-shaped micro part 800 and is smaller than the height H two times as large as the flat plate-shaped micro part and having a depth b which is shallower than the length L which is the longest ridge line of the flat plate-shaped micro part, and a cover member 323a which closes an upper portion of the long groove on at least a portion of the long groove.
