PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice-bran containing fiber product effective to prevent and ameliorate roughness of the skin, sustaining effect even if washing and causing no deterioration of rice bran components. SOLUTION: This fiber product contains a chemical fiber produced by formulating 5-10 wt.% rice bran oil with a chemical fiber raw material, or a chemical fiber obtained by extracting components from rice bran with ethanol, isopropyl alcohol or hexane and fixing the components to a fiber surface by a binder.
