APPARATUS FOR WINDING OPENED FABRIC, CONTROLLER FOR CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE PROVIDED WITH THE SAME AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for winding an opened fabric shortening the distance until a tubular knitted fabric is set on delivery rollers and reducing the production cost to a low level without requiring a multi-polar slip ring. SOLUTION: The apparatus for winding the opened fabric of the circular knitting machine is designed to open the tubular knitted fabric (1) knitted with a knitting part on the knitting machine and store the knitted fabric in a state of one extended knitted fabric in a storing means of a winding part. The apparatus is provided with knitted fabric direction changing rollers (12) driven with a first motor (17) and knitted fabric delivery rollers (15) driven with a second motor (21). One motor is preferably a servo motor sending output pulses and the other motor is preferably a stepping motor controlled therewith. The apparatus is equipped with driving controlling means (20 and 22) drivable with the direction changing rollers and the delivery rollers in cooperation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
