PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bis[urea-urethane] compound useful for a phase change ink and the like which enables cost and energy saving by jetting at a lowered temperature of≤110°C. SOLUTION: The bis[urea-urethane] compound is a trans-1,2-cyclohexanebis[urea-urethane] compound, and the compound is a trans-1,2-cyclohexanebis[urea-urethane] compound having two urea and unrethane bondings in the molecule obtained by forming a reaction product (a urethane compound having isocyanate groups at the terminals) of, for example, equimolar amounts of 1,6-diisocyanatohexane and 2-ethylhexanol and further subjecting this compound and trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane to condensation reaction.
