The invention relates to a procedure for producing decoration material, in the course of which decoration, favourably advertising text, is printed on the surface of the paper material (1) , a foil cover (3) is applied onto it and it is finished as corrugated material. In accordance with the invention the procedure is based on that the paper material (1) is prepared in sheets (2) , onto which the decoration, favourably advertising text, is applied by printing. The paper sheets (2) printed in this way are fixed to each other with a foil cover (3) , and then the decoration material is produced by corrugation in a known way, or the decoration material is produced by mounting it onto corrugated cardboard.
