<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make use of information about food 802 being taken in and out of a refrigerator 200 (condition of use of the refrigerator) as information for making sure if users of the refrigerator are safe. <P>SOLUTION: A noncontact tag 802 has identification information stored therein for distinguishing the tag from other tags. The refrigerator 200 has a tag antenna part 112 to read the information from the noncontact tag 802. When this reading is performed, a notifying part 214 notifies an information terminal device 100 about it. The information terminal device 100 counts the notification for each piece of identification information. This count is stored in a server 300 and an external mobile terminal device 400 is used to browse the data thereof to make sure if the users of the refrigerator are safe and to obtain information about the life of the users.
