<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver roasting oven device enabling such roasting technique as to bring out color, luster and taste inherent in laver. <P>SOLUTION: The laver roasting oven device is structured as follows: a far-infrared heater and a heater other than the far-infrared heater are disposed under a reflection plate; and a plurality of units where a plurality of units independently regulated are placed in lines, are put on a belt conveyer in a plurality of stages so as to enable independent control of the far-infrared heater and the heater having wavelength greater than near-infrared wavelength using a thyristor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
