摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a chicken skin MANJU which has been impossible/difficult. <P>SOLUTION: This method for cooking the chicken skin MANJU, comprising peeling the skin from cooking chicken, wherein the cooking materials comprise the chicken skin, finely cut garlic, ginger, soy sauce, egg, sesame oil, salt, wheat flour, and starch, mixing the chicken skin with seasoning, egg, starch, and wheat flour, frying the mixture in an oil at about 180 degree, transferring the fried mixture to a container, again frying the mixture in an oil at about 180 degree, further coloring the mixture in a light brown color, cooling the product, and then cutting the product in large sizes to obtain the chicken skin for the deep-fried food.
