<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system that enables parties concerned with works to easily create, search for and view information necessary for new construction works or repair works at a plurality of points of a building and for maintenance management. <P>SOLUTION: A maintenance management server 10 comprises a maintenance management side extraction means 16 for accessing an execution management database 15 to extract the latest information necessary as maintenance management information, and a maintenance management side transfer means 17 for receiving the information extracted by the maintenance management side extraction means to store it in a maintenance management database 13 with a history in association with corresponding items of information stored in the maintenance management database 13.
