<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transcription system and an information transcription method, allowing suppression of generation of an artificial transcription error in a scene requiring transcription of accurate information between different paper sheets like the case of transcription a prescription entered by a doctor in a medical site to an administration instruction. <P>SOLUTION: Semantic data written down in a first form (prescription paper sheet) are stored in a DB associatively with an identification code. A second form (administration instruction) transcribed from the first paper sheet is read, the semantic data corresponding to the identification code entered in the second paper sheet are acquired from the DB, and the semantic data are outputted to the second form when the semantic data are not written down in the second paper sheet. The written-down semantic data are compared to the semantic data acquired from the DB when they are written down, the semantic data are decided in the case of accordance, and an error message is displayed in the case of discordance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
